NAMAZU Leader (鯧リーダー), model WL-05 from Katsuichi's DECOY line. A wire leader built specifically for catfish (namazu) fishing, addressing the line-tangling weakness of the noisy-style lures commonly used in that game, and helping prevent line wrap during landing and abrasion against cover.

  • Supple, kink-resistant 3x7 nylon-coated wire (#43, 3x7=21).
  • Double (W) snap sized to leader length: #2 on the 5cm, #3 on the 10cm, #4 on the 15cm — strong enough for dedicated namazu lures.
  • This listing stocks all three lengths: 5cm, 10cm and 15cm.
