BIWAKO Caro Wire (琴琶湖キャロワイヤー), model WL-03 from Katsuichi's DECOY line. A three-point Carolina-rig sinker leader developed for long-distance surf fishing on Lake Biwa.
- 7x7 stainless steel wire (#47, 7x7=49 braided) that cuts through weed easily and improves bite sensitivity.
- No-stretch wire construction for sharper feel, with a sinker-forward flight profile that resists leader tangles on long casts.
- Snap designed to resist fouling on Chara (musk-grass) weed, so you can attach your preferred sinker.
- Built for casts beyond 70m to reach offshore weed lines and break lines.
