The Umitaro Sabiki Teki 2.5in is a saltwater soft plastic worm from issei's Umitaro range, designed by feeding the explosive catch rate of Japan's traditional sabiki rig back into a single soft bait. Its body sits flush against a jighead and carries an ultra-thin curly tail, producing lifelike action issei describes as rivalling a sabiki rig itself, while a guide hole moulded into the head makes it easy to rig on a jighead or a range of bait-fishing hooks -- issei recommends a thick-shank gold hook for this 2.5in size.

Fished on its own or paired with issei's Umitaro Bachikon rig, the Sabiki Teki 2.5in is built to cover a wide spread of light saltwater species: aji, mebaru, isaki, tai, kasago and saba. Align the tail with the hook point when rigging for the best action.
