スイミング根魚玉 (Swimming Rockfish Ball) is a jighead from issei's Umitaro (海太郎) saltwater range, developed for rockfish suspended in mid-water while chasing bait. The line-tie eye sits at the top of the head so the jig keeps a horizontal posture and holds the target depth range whether fished from shore or offshore, and the head shape grips water on a fast retrieve to stop it rising, letting it swim level from shallow water down to deep. It is rigged with a Cultiva-made hook, sharp-pointed and thick-shanked to penetrate a big rockfish's hard mouth, with a hook shape that lets anyone rig the worm straight and a two-stage keeper that holds it firmly. A multipurpose eye at the base of the head takes an optional assist hook or blade for further tuning.
