Description
The Yoichi 99 Light is a lightened, downweighted take on Ima's standard Yoichi 99, purpose-built for seabass. This sinking pencil measures 99mm and weighs 23g, delivering a wide slalom action on a steady retrieve or drift-and-pause presentation.
The reduced weight lets it work slowly through shallow river mouths and tidal flats, and it is well suited to picking apart shallow rocky structure for hirasuzuki (flathead seabass). It pairs particularly well with drift-style fishing in river current.
