cblm (Come Back Lure Machine) is Hideup's snag/lure recovery head, made of stainless steel and threaded to fit third-party recovery-pole handles (4-bu thread; compatible with Kahala Japan Kaeritaan, Qu-on Trickster Net and similar handles).
This is the head only — the handle/pole is not included.
