Description
ワーム 318 ワッキー — a Gamakatsu worm hook designed specifically for wacky rigging. The silhouette was developed around the wacky rig's characteristics: an extended throat section eases first contact with bass, and a long tapered point delivers strong penetration that converts even light bites into solid hooksets. A wide entry angle carries first contact straight through to hookset, while the wide gap and natural round bend hold bulky worms securely during the retrieve yet let the worm slide freely on the strike. Micro barbs help ensure a firm hookup.
Supplied in the ZSB finish (Gamakatsu's rust-resistant matte black, 防錆つや消しブラック), size #2. Gamakatsu's official page marks this model as production-discontinued (生産終了).
