Description

The Treble S-RB (Nano Smooth Coat) is Gamakatsu's standard round-bend treble hook, item code 68-693, built for high-level compatibility across a wide range of targets and lures. It uses a Perfect Round Bend that spreads load evenly across the hook to resist deformation and hook-tear pull-outs, a Variable Plan Wire tuned per size so smaller hooks can handle an unexpectedly large fish while larger hooks still penetrate smoothly, a Standard Taper point balancing penetration and durability, and a Center Balance Eye that keeps the lure's swimming posture and hook position optimal. This colourway is finished in Nano Smooth Coat.

Gamakatsu lists the S-RB for light game & rockfish, shore jigging & casting, tachiuo (beltfish), bass, and trout & ayu use. It's available here across sizes #12 through #2.
