How it fishes

Handles a steady or twitched retrieve depending on lure weight, from light spoons and minnows through to heavier plugs, without needing a rod change between them. This lets the angler switch technique mid-session as conditions or target species change.

The setup it likes

Pair with a compact baitcasting reel, PE 0.6-2 line and a fluorocarbon leader sized to the lure being cast. Size the leader toward the lighter end for trout work and heavier for seabass plugs.
