Evergreen IR Jig 3/8oz

The Evergreen IR Jig 3/8oz is a compact finesse rubber jig designed by pro angler Seizo Shimizu, sized deliberately between a full-size rubber jig and a small rubber jig. It uses a deformed round head with weight biased slightly forward and the rear cut away, giving a more vertical fall, easier entry into cover, and better bottom sensitivity than a standard round head. The hook is a purpose-built long-shank design on a 45-degree eye for a finesse profile that still resists snagging and hooks up cleanly, backed by a tuned brush guard and a wire keeper that doubles as a rattle holder, securing both thick craw-style trailers and slimmer trailers.

Finished with a fine-cut silicone rubber skirt, the 3/8oz size (10.5g) is built as a versatile all-rounder for bass fishing across natural lakes, reservoirs, rivers and ponds in both clear and coloured water — pitched into bushes and reeds, fallen along rock faces and timber, swum or hung off in weed, crawled along the bottom, or worked with a lift-and-fall retrieve.
