Evergreen Flap Claw 4

The Flap Claw 4 is a 4 inch, 5-pack craw bait from Evergreen, designed by Ken Fukushima. Its compact body carries oversized, thick claws set low for balance, so the bait thumps down claws-first on the fall thanks to the weight of a high-density salt-infused material, generating a strong kicking vibration on contact with the bottom.

The wide underside of the claws helps the bait sit upright and crawl along the bottom without rolling over when dragged, mimicking a real crayfish. A raised ridge on the back sets up easy, reliable weedless offset-hook rigging with a clear path for the hook point, giving it a strong hook-up rate on Texas rig and leaderless downshot presentations, especially around crayfish-holding cover and in muddy water.
