The Eclipse Rocket Pencil 230 is a magnum walking-pencil topwater bait designed by Eclipse and built by the Akashi lure-building house. It measures 230mm and weighs 4oz, with a through-wire construction and a long-stroke skating action tuned to push a strong wake and carry a fish-attracting rattle.
