Description

Productionphase (プロダクションフェーズ) is Daysprout's big-trout series, built for technical, delicate fields that call for both power and finesse in the same rod. The blank pairs lightweight, high-elasticity carbon for power transmission with mid-elasticity carbon to tame rebound, aimed at comfortable use over a long day.

This listing stocks the Pp810H: 8ft10in, 160g, Heavy power/Fast action, rated for lures up to ~35g and line up to ~20lb (PE max 2.0). It's a 2-piece rod with Chitan + TORZITE guides, for river, lake and wading fishing for large trout from offshore breaks to close-in banks.

Made in Japan.

FAQ

What does the power rating (UL, L, M, MH) actually mean?

JDM power letters often run lighter than the same letter on a US or Australian blank. The honest spec is the lure-weight range in grams on each listing — match that to what you throw, and use the letter as a tiebreaker.

How do I read Japanese rod lengths?

Japanese lengths are written in feet and inches as a decimal: 6.6 reads as 6 feet 6 inches, not six-point-six feet.

One-piece or multi-piece for travel?

Two-piece and telescopic travel rods pack shorter and ship more easily. One-piece blanks feel cleaner, but long parcels can attract courier length surcharges and some carriers route them more slowly.

What warranty or service do imported rods have?

There is no local service centre for a JDM rod. Repairs go back to Japan, usually with a fee and a multi-week turnaround — we state that plainly so you can weigh it before you buy.

Will a one-piece rod cost more to ship?

It can. Long parcels attract courier length surcharges on some routes and can move through fewer carriers. Any shipping cost shows at checkout before you pay — no surprises after the order.
