Description

Shime Ring AL (締めリングAL) is a knot-tightening ring from Daiichi Seiko, used for PE line and leader line connections. Slip the ring over a finger and wind the line around its circumference at least two turns to tighten knots without the line cutting into your fingers.

The body is machine-cut from duralumin (aircraft-grade aluminium alloy) and fitted with a U-shaped rubber ring that grips the line and stops it slipping while you tighten.
