Blazeye REVOROOK 99HS HELLDIVER

The REVOROOK 99HS HELLDIVER (レヴォルーク99HSヘルダイバー) is the heavy model in Blazeye's castable, retrievable REVOROOK sinking-pencil line. It keeps the light, easy feel of the base REVOROOK 99S while adding a lot more cast-swing speed, so it reaches water the lighter model can't — the far side of a low-tide flat surf break, the tide line on a wide brackish lake or big river, or the bottom off a deep breakwater.

A redesigned rear weight lets it fly close to 100m on light effort and stay comfortable to cast all day. Worked at low-to-medium speed it gives a tail-swing action with a minnow-like pulse you can feel through the rod, and on a slack line it falls with a wide, rolling horizontal wobble; add light tension and it dives tail-first for fast or deep water. Its hump-back shape and thick-shaft eyelets carry hooks up to size #1 without fouling on the back, and in the field its hooks interchange with the EVOROOTS 120 series (#2 hook) or EVOROOTS 99 series (#3 hook) — built with an eye on unplanned encounters with pelagic species (aomono), akame and oonibe.
