Description
BAGRATION (バグラチオン) is an 80mm, 13g sinking jerkbait for seabass. A knife-edge back slices through the water and transmits jerking action straight into a sharp, snappy dart, while the wide flat-sided body throws off a strong flash for tight-range attacks on small spots and structure.
The lure is also the origin of the "Baguru" technique: winding it back at high speed along light-and-shadow boundaries such as bridge piers to trigger reaction bites, a simple method credited with drawing strikes from fish that seemed to have already been fished out.
