Description

The Timon 16CP is a plugging-specific hook built around a 16° approach angle, designed to hook up automatically on slow-retrieve to stationary presentations by keeping the angle small enough to still catch the fish's skin while turning the lure's own buoyancy and resistance into the initial hook-set. Its curved point grips once it touches and resists being thrown clear during violent head-shakes even when line tension goes slack, while a bow-shaped shank aids penetration and the wire is kept as thin as possible, short of the point where it would deform or break, for a smooth, deep hook-set.

It is made from TIMON's PRO SPEC METAL, a material blend developed specifically for fishing hooks for hardness and resistance to bending or breaking, and finished with a PTFE armour coating. The 16CP is sold in sizes #8 and #9, 16 hooks to a pack, at an official price of ¥605 (tax included).

When does my order leave Japan?

Orders are packed in Japan and handed to Japan Post within 3 to 5 business days. You get a tracking number by email the moment it ships.

How long does delivery take?

10 to 20 business days on Standard (tracked) or Economy, or 3 to 7 business days on Express EMS with tracking and insurance. Every option is priced at checkout before you pay.

Will I be charged import duty or tax?

VAT is collected at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on delivery for standard orders.
