Description

The Heavy Spark Hard Single is a thick-gauge, ultra-penetrating single assist hook finished with a clear fluorine coat and rigged on an ester-cored PE line, here in the 2cm cord length. The ester core gives it a hard feel that's suited to front-hook duty on both high-pitch and slow-pitch jigging, and because the core is ester line, any kinks pull straight back out rather than staying set.

Its high-strength, thick-gauge hook is built to go toe-to-toe with power fighters such as tuna, amberjack, yellowtail kingfish and buri when paired with heavy mainline and high drag settings. The 2cm length is one of three cord lengths (2cm, 3cm, 4cm) offered across five hook sizes in the Heavy Spark Hard Single range, so anglers can match cord length and hook size to the jig and conditions.
