Description

TALICA (タリカ) is Shimano's lever-drag conventional reel for large-fish power fights, from rock and shore live-bait fishing to offshore live-bait and fukase fishing and trolling. A HAGANE-concept one-piece frame and S-Compact body deliver rigidity, backed by the X-Protect waterproofing system and a waterproof-sealed carbon cross-washer drag. A 2-speed gear system shifts instantly between a fast retrieve gear and a lower, more powerful fighting gear, and the Infinity Drive double-drag structure raises maximum drag force while cutting handle-turning resistance at high drag by over 30% compared with the previous generation. A nylon-line Light Line Cam is included alongside the standard cam.
