Description

The JH-67 AX-Axe is a saltwater casting-specific swimming jighead for fishing soft baits "like a minnow, on the retrieve". As its axe-inspired shape suggests, all decoration has been stripped away in favour of pure function, with both the hook and weight balance refined for casting distance, swimming course and depth control, and solid hook-ups.

The 3/4oz and 1oz sizes are balanced to produce a strong darting action when given a sharp jerk, suiting more aggressive jerk-and-dart presentations alongside the standard swimming retrieve.
