Description

The Owner JCS-39 Jigger Medium Short Chaser is an EX-short version of the Jigger Medium Chase, built for casting single hook use and as a jigging rear hook. It is proven as a rear hook on dohteragiging for tuna species and buri (yellowtail), and performs equally well as a casting plug assist.

The Chase geometry is designed to drive home a hook set with less hooking power, making it well suited to situations where the angler is working at distance from the rig. Each size is fitted with a matched solid ring and rated assist cord, running from a 47lb (5/0) breaking strain up to 136lb (13/0), for anglers targeting large fish from shore or offshore.
