A telescopic (振出) rod from NISSIN's INVICTA line, purpose-built for hechi fishing — working the rod tight along harbor walls and pilings for black sea bream. The blank is designed to maintain power while boosting practical fishing performance and cutting weight versus the standard RUNGUN.

Features a flexible carbon solid tip, an SIC top guide, an ultra-lightweight CIM #1 movable guide, a VSS reel seat and a stainless steel elbow rest.
