Description
The Jackall Pekering 2.5″ is a soft plastic aji bait moulded with a ring-shaped ribbed body and an ultra-thin X-section “peke tail”. The ribs push out a wave action stronger than the lure's physical size would suggest, while the thin tail folds flat the instant a fish bites so it doesn't get in the way of an aji's inhaling take. Jackall works flavour and scent into the body material itself, helping fish hold on longer and giving more time to set the hook.
Within the Pekering range, the 2.5″ sits as the versatile, go-to size — bigger than the 2.0″ built for fast numbers fishing on smaller aji, and a step down from the 3.0″ aimed at larger fish. Its strong silhouette and wave action also make it a useful pilot lure to draw aji in ahead of a following bait.
