The issei Umitaro Spatera 2in is a slim straight soft plastic worm from issei's saltwater Umitaro line, topped with a tiny paddle tail. A row of ribs runs the length of the body to give the bait a lifelike pulse in the water, and the supple plastic flexes readily with subtle rod movements. Sold 14 to a pack.

Its miniature paddle tail throws a prop-style flutter that agitates the water, while the asymmetric body profile adds an irregular wobble that broadens its appeal to light saltwater game targets. It works equally well rigged for a crisp, snappy retrieve or a slower, natural presentation on a jighead or levelling head.
