Description

The Gamakatsu Range Swimmer Type Reversible is a saltwater jighead from Gamakatsu's Range Swimmer series, built around a calculated head shape for outstanding casting distance and a stable, straight-swimming posture. It is available in hook size #1 (7g/10g) and hook size 1/0 (14g/18g), and its reversible line-tie position lets the same head be rigged hook-up or hook-down without changing its balance.

Rigged hook-up it holds a stable posture on the bottom, helping to avoid snags and protect the hook point, which suits surf flatfish fishing. Rigged hook-down it produces a sharp darting action on the jerk and hooks bites reliably from below, with the option to add a treble or stinger hook to the spare eye. Gamakatsu recommends pairing it with a small snap such as the Ti Snap Wide for best results.
