Description

The Assist 60 Ultimate Spec is a large-migratory-fish (oomono aomono) assist hook from Gamakatsu's Assist series, built to cover everything from inshore jigging to long-range expedition trips. It pairs a Super PE front-hook leader at the connection point with Gamakatsu's dedicated jigging hook, the Tuned Kan Muro, with each pack containing a single assist rig.

The Tuned Kan Muro hook uses a four-strand braid construction for a major step up in abrasion resistance and durability, while retaining enough give and flexibility to be drawn smoothly into the target's mouth. The connector uses Gamakatsu's high-strength stamped ring, matched in strength to the hook's own gape.
