The Worm123 DS Hook Masubari sets Decoy's Body Hook Worm23 into a downshot hook system, using a standard swivel style at both eyes rather than a heavy-duty swivel so the sinker doesn't snap off on the cast. It's built for light lines in the 1-4lb class, and comes in Decoy's NS Black finish.

It's designed for downshot rigging: the hook holds a consistently upward-facing posture for reliable hook-ups, keeps the worm sitting stable on the rig, and promotes worm rotation on the fall and during action while cutting down on line twist.
