Description

The Power Roll Snap PR-11 (パワーロールスナップ PR-11) pairs a high-strength, high-rotation ball-bearing swivel with a double-sided (W) snap that opens from either side for fast lure changes. The welded ring construction avoids damaging knots, and the NS Black finish keeps the connection inconspicuous.

Katsuichi's DECOY page recommends the PR-11 for rotating lures such as swimming metal jigs and spoons, and notes it helps trigger reliable bites when targeting tachiuo (beltfish/cutlassfish). It suits both shore and offshore styles and is offered in sizes #0 through #4.
