Description

The Emeraldas Air Boat 511MLS-S/K is a boat egging rod built for ultralight sensitivity. Carbon content runs to 98%, with a tip/butt diameter of 0.7/8.4mm, suited to PE lines of 0.4-0.8 and egi sizes of 18-70.

The blank uses Daiwa's SVF Nanoplus carbon with V-JOINT alpha construction and X45 anti-twist wrapping, fitted with an Air Guide System (AGS) carbon-frame guide train — titanium at the tip, SiC elsewhere, and a C-ring AGS butt guide. The grip is a slim-fit Air Sensor Seat on a down-lock reel seat, designed to let a fingertip touch the blank directly for improved feel.
